Marie-Anne is a highly experienced architect with extensive experience in providing architectural and project management services to both the public and private sector. As a former Principal Heritage Officer, at the Department of Environment and Science (DES), Heritage Branch, she has a deep understanding of cultural heritage significance and excels in strategic planning and negotiation to ensure the preservation of heritage values.
A strong focus on heritage conservation has always been prevalent in her career, even as director of her own practice, her firm specialised in conservation and reconstruction works on heritage places engaging experienced heritage trades for each. Currently, she serves as a referee on the Development Tribunal and has been a State Juror for the RAIA Queensland Awards contributing her expertise to the recognition and celebration of outstanding architectural achievements. Marie-Anne’s dedication to her profession and the depth of her portfolio make her a valuable asset to any architectural project she undertakes.
Marie-Anne is a highly experienced architect with over 20 years of experience in providing architectural and project management services to both the public & private sector. As Program Manager for the PSBA, she managed and delivered building programs and projects for the QPS and QFES, encompassing capital works, minor works, and maintenance to meet the operational needs of the agencies. Marie-Anne possesses a strong understanding of government processes and excels at stakeholder collaboration. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, consultant coordination, and client consultation. A highly regarded professional, Marie-Anne is known for her innovative problem-solving, strong leadership, and consistent delivery of successful outcomes within challenging environments.
